The Dance Creations Repertory Company was
founded in 2008 for students desiring more performing
opportunities, greater challenges and a desire to give
back to their community. This group will meet to learn
ballet, contemporary & lyrical/jazz repertoire.
Performances will be held at various venues throughout the
year at venues such as the Indianapolis Arts Garden, E.
91st Street Christian Church, Senior Living Facilities,
Community, School and Charity events. Goals are to expose
and educate the community to the art of dance, give our
students valuable performing experience and entertain our
audiences. Choreography will be by Lise Hearn, Melissa
McInnis, Sarah Hammer and Bev Wohrle.
Auditions are in April of each year.

Pre-requisites for audition:

11+ years old

4+ prior years of consistent dance study

Level 3+

Good work ethic
-
Summer dance study & dance
intensive required

Committed to regular attendance & performance schedule

Ballet group – Attending 2-3 ballet classes a week
-
Contemporary/Jazz/Lyrical groups - Attending at least 1 contemporary and 1 ballet class a week
